It’s simple:

2. Style your space with beautiful, high-quality decor.
   
3. When the season ends, pack it all up in the same box and send it back with our prepaid label.

Yes! You can select from our curated inventory to customize your box. Each box comes with a set number of items based on size.

We offer three box sizes:

• Cozy: 5 items
  
• Classic: 8 items
  
• Luxe: 12 items

Yes, you can add extra items for an additional $20 per item.

All rentals are 40 days. The rental starts when it ships and ends the day it is shipped back.

Because Evrgreen is a rental-based service, your return is part of the process. Each box includes a prepaid return label and simple instructions—just pack up your decor in the original box and send it back when your rental period ends (typically 40 days from delivery).

We ask that all items are returned on time and in good condition so we can keep the seasonal magic going for the next renter.

If an item isn’t returned—or if multiple items are damaged beyond normal seasonal wear—you’ll be charged 85% of the item’s MSRP (a 15% discount off the retail price).

Normal wear includes things like minor glitter loss, slight scuffing, or gentle signs of display. We’re not expecting perfection—just care.
