Yes. Tell us what you own and love and we'll build around it instead of competing with it.
Swap: yes, just tell us before the season's box ships. Skip: yes, though the term and price stay the same since the inventory is held for you. Many clients swap a skipped holiday for a seasonal neutral refresh instead.
One accidentally damaged item per season is on us. Beyond that, replacements are charged at the value printed on the item's tag. Normal wear from a busy waiting room is expected and never charged.

About 20 minutes. Unbox it, place each piece where you'd like it, and you're done. Hang on to the box: when the holiday's over you repack it in the same box and send it back with the prepaid label.
We own a finite amount of decor, and each set can only be in one space at a time. Once a season's sets are spoken for, we close reservations for that season. Reserving now holds your set for the full year.
